job description

You will be responsible for construction management across various specialized fields, including architecture, civil engineering, electrical, instrumentation & control, telecommunications, HVAC & plumbing, machinery, fire protection, and plants.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Safety management: Preventing falls and accidents involving construction machinery and cranes, collapse
 prevention, heatstroke measures, and unsafe behavior prevention
・Schedule management: Reviewing schedules, providing on-site instructions, monitoring progress, and
 adjusting timelines
・Quality management: Preparing instructions for workers, giving on-site directions, documenting quality checks
 with photos, and creating reports

Qualifications

【MUST】
・No educational background required
・Experience in construction management

【WANT】
Holding any of the following qualifications is preferred:
①First or second-class Architect license
②First or second-class Construction Management Engineer license
 (architecture, civil engineering, piping, electrical, etc.)
・Possession of a valid regular driver’s license is a plus
※Note: Due to mandatory retirement age, candidates over 63 will be employed as contract workers.
