job description

Lead software testing activities in Japan, covering test planning, design, and execution
Verify software quality against customer requirements before release
Perform PC-based and hardware-based testing (black box & white box)
Execute simulator testing and system-level tests with customers
Reproduce defects and support overseas development teams in issue analysis
Act as a technical bridge between Japanese customers and global development teams

Qualifications

Experience in software test planning, execution, and reporting
Hands-on testing experience using PC environments and actual hardware
Experience simulating communication with customer systems
Experience using measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscope)
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits
English skills for technical communication with overseas engineers

Monthly Base Salary: ¥290,000 – ¥380,000
