job description
As a Product Manager (PdM) / Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for HENNGE One, you will drive product planning and continuous improvement, leading business expansion through the growth of the HENNGE One business (10→100 phase) and the launch of new businesses (1→10 phase).
You will be responsible for new business launches after first gaining a solid understanding of the existing business.
1. Product Strategy
Formulate and execute product strategies based on business strategy
Develop and drive strategies to achieve long-term product growth and increased revenue
2. Product Discovery
Plan products based on hypothesis-driven problem validation
Organize and prioritize customer requests, and define issues and deepen understanding of user needs through user interviews and data analysis (whose problems to solve and what problems to address)
Plan and promote improvements to existing features and the development of new features, including creating PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) (how to solve the identified problems)
3. Product Delivery
Lead development direction in collaboration with engineering teams
Define scope and measure effectiveness after product releases
Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese
- Conversational-level proficiency in English (frequent communication in English is required; however, we will provide full support if you are motivated to improve)
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products or IT services
- Experience discussing feature requirements with developers, designers, and other stakeholders, and coordinating development direction, trade-offs, or implementation decisions
At least one of the following is required:
-Over 2 years of experience conducting user interviews and market research in response to requirements from sales or other functions, and prioritizing initiatives based on analysis
-Over 3 years of experience in Customer Success for IT services, driving onboarding, support, and adoption, working closely with customers to define issues and deliver solutions
