System Engineer　（DX Industry）

You will be responsible for developing high-quality IT services and systems using cutting-edge technology, with Japanese and overseas engineers working together. You will be involved in a wide range of processes, from proposing IT solutions to solve problems to defining requirements, designing, developing, testing, and operating and maintaining for clients in a variety of industries, including finance, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and information and communications, as well as in the social infrastructure field, including central and local government agencies, medical care, and electricity.

You will be in an environment where you can advance your career from SE, and you will also be actively involved in teamwork and training new employees. Depending on your experience and skills, you will be assigned to positions from SE to PM/PL (including assistant).

[Must]
-3+years Practical experience in system development projects
- Development experience using open system development languages ​​(especially Java)
- Experience in SDLC fromclient hearing and requirements definition to testing and release
- Business level in Japanese ( N1-N2 level)

- Project management or leadership experience (1 year or more)
