Membership

Arigato work members (hereinafter referred to as "members") are those who have registered their personal information and other information with Arigato work, applied for membership registration, and been approved by the Company. After approval, the member may use any and all services provided by Arigato work for members (hereinafter referred to as "member services"). The term "personal information" as used in the preceding paragraph is defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. By submitting an application, members are deemed to have fully accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement. No member may apply for membership without accepting all or part of these Terms and Conditions, and a manifestation of non-acceptance is only permitted by not applying for membership to Arigato work.

Membership Responsibilities

In the event that a member's registration information, employment agreement report, or other information contains falsehoods or errors, and the Company suffers damages as a result, the Company may demand compensation from the member for damages incurred by the Company (including legal fees for dispute resolution, costs incurred for measures taken to restore the image of Arigato work, and any other damages incurred by the Company) and a 200,000 yen nuisance fee.
