Bilingual Tech Lead (AWS)

As a leader of a new agile development project team of several people, you will be responsible for the successful completion of the project by managing the entire scrum team, controlling progress and quality, and following up with team members, while participating in the project from its start-up and dealing with customers, either remotely or at the company's office.

In addition to management, you will also be involved in agile development as a tech lead, and will be responsible for the team as a whole.

This is a premium project for a client with whom we have built a relationship over many years, and because it is an authentication system, you will be able to promote the project while proposing and utilizing cutting-edge technology (tech lead) to the client.

Tech Stack
AWS related technologies (Amplify, Lambda, CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
Node.js (TypeScript, javaScript), Next.js (React.js), etc.

Prior project management experience (3 years or more)
Agile development experience (2 years or more)
Knowledge of AWS (construction and configuration management experience)
Japanese (business level, N2+)
