Formulating and implementing QA strategies to achieve quality objectives

Designing and executing software test plans and test cases

Implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks

Bug tracking and documentation of test results

Introducing QA practices integrated with Agile and DevOps processes

Managing test environments and setting up datasets

Conducting performance testing, security testing, and usability testing

External outputs of work (such as tech blogs or conference presentations)

At least 3 years of practical experience as a QA engineer
Experience in software testing strategies and planning
QA experience based on Agile and DevOps principles
Experience with test automation tools and bug tracking tools
QA engineer experience with SaaS products
Japanese language skills (ability to communicate smoothly both internally and externally, and ability to mentor junior engineers)
