Designer Manager wanted for SaaS product

You will be responsible for the UI/UX and design organization, serving as a playing manager overseeing both the management of the design team and the product design.

Develop the product design strategy and plan and implement various initiatives to ensure design quality.

Organizational design, designer recruitment, 1-on-1 meetings, and people management, including performance evaluations.

Oversee the UI/UX design of the product.

Over 2 years of experience in managing a design organization.

Practical experience in improving design processes, design quality, and system improvements.

Over 5 years of experience in product UI/UX design.

Japanese language skills: Business level, able to communicate smoothly.
