SRE Engineer (Blockchain Infrastructure Operations & Optimization)

As an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Engineer, you will be responsible for strengthening system operations and monitoring, improving performance, and ensuring high availability. You will take on a leadership role in launching new systems, making technical decisions, and creating an ideal infrastructure environment.

You will participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of international money transfers and financial systems by utilizing new technologies. Specifically, you will be involved in building a payment infrastructure using digital currencies and tackling the creation of new systems leveraging blockchain technology.

At least 3 years of experience in designing and building systems based on cloud architecture best practices.
Experience in continuous development and system stability efforts, such as CI/CD, observability, and performance improvements.
Experience in making technical decisions with flexibility for medium-to-long-term system changes, keeping operational needs in mind.
Experience implementing systems using statically typed languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala, etc.), with a deep understanding of each language’s unique features.
Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues in unknown systems, inferring causes and isolating problems.
A proactive attitude toward building systems with high security requirements.
Interest in blockchain technologies and a continuous drive for learning and exploration.
Strong Japanese communication skills, capable of engaging in both internal and external communication at a business level.
