Study Abroad Consultant & Sales Position | Career Growth in a Global Environment

In the study abroad media business, you will be responsible for study abroad consulting, customer support, customer success, and video media marketing.

As a study abroad consultant, you will achieve your individual goals, and in the near future, take on leadership or management responsibilities, managing a team of about seven people. You will also handle sales planning, standardizing operations, strengthening customer management, and achieving budget and forecasts.

Currently, we are at an exciting stage, scaling to 10 billion yen.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting for individual customers (B2C)
Sales for business clients (B2B)
Managing interns and part-time staff
Retaining existing clients and proposing and executing sales plans
Standardizing customer management structures using CRM and collaborating with customer success
Proposing and executing business strategies to achieve non-linear growth
Managing monthly forecasts and achieving them, maximizing the capital efficiency of acquired leads

At least 1 year of experience in sales
Experience in new business development or inside sales
Experience abroad or in an international environment within Japan
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
