【Position Summary】
We are hiring consultants for the Data Design Division of the BX Department. You will support clients’ business transformation through strategic data utilization—from planning to implementation and adoption.

【Position 1】Data Consultant
◆ Main Responsibilities
・Drive PDCA cycles using data analytics
・Support business improvement with AI/ML
・Promote data analysis internalization by clients
・Assist with pre-sales activities
・Share knowledge within the team

◆ Example Tasks
・Data Strategy Planning
・Current state analysis, defining strategy, planning
・Data Consulting
・Project management in analytics and AI
・Designing UX/communication based on data
・Using 2nd/3rd party data and consent management
・Collaboration with internal data engineers

【Position 2】Data Strategist
◆ Main Responsibilities
・Design and execute digital strategies for major clients
・Lead/assist from proposal through delivery
・Work on both short- and long-term projects

◆ Example Tasks
・Data Utilization Planning
・Analyze internal/external factors, define issues, create roadmaps, assist RFP preparation
・Execution Support
・Communication strategy and PDCA based on data
・Project management for marketing systems

【Must Requirements】
■＜Data Consultant＞
・3+ years in data analysis in marketing (agency, consulting, or business side)
・Hands-on skills in SQL, Excel, and BI dashboard creation
・Knowledge of AI/machine learning and their business application
・Strong presentation and communication skills (PPT), leadership, and problem-solving mindset

■＜Data Strategist＞
・Experience in marketing-related projects in consulting firms, SIers, or business companies (e.g. digital transformation, service growth)
・Must be able to work in Tokyo

【Nice to Have】
■＜Data Consultant＞
・Experience with CDP/DMP or cloud systems
・BI/MA tool certifications
・Programming skills (Python/R) and statistical knowledge
・Experience in data talent education or training

■＜Data Strategist＞
・Basic DB knowledge (SQL, logical design)
・Hands-on with tools like BigQuery, Redshift, Azure ML
・Experience with Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce, KARTE, etc.

Full time (Permanent)

6-month trial period (terms and conditions remain the same during this period)

5〜18M JPY / annually

Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Leave system: New Year holidays (Dec 29–Jan 3), paid leave
