Maximizing the value generated by the development organization

People management (1on1s, performance evaluations, feedback, etc.)

Engineering recruitment activities

Leading overall projects

As the business grows, our product is rapidly expanding in scale. We are actively working on not only improving existing features, but also developing new ones, performing large-scale refactoring, ensuring scalability, and conducting performance tuning.

At least 3 years of experience managing development teams as an Engineering Manager

Experience with Agile development processes

Professional experience as a software engineer

Experience working on in-house SaaS products

Japanese language skills (ability to communicate smoothly both internally and externally, and ability to mentor junior engineers)
