DX Project Leader Wanted: Exciting Opportunity for Growth and Diverse Project Involvement

In the promotion of DX projects, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from planning to proof-of-concept experiments, depending on your skills.

Specific Responsibilities

Development of mockups for proof-of-concept experiments (and some production systems), as well as requirements definition, design, development, and operation of web and mobile applications

Backend system development and design/building of analysis platforms for data analysis projects

Technical selection for new business planning and IT due diligence for IT companies

Since the industries and businesses involved are diverse, the projects you’ll be working on will vary widely.

Examples of Past Projects:

Development of data visualization and analysis platforms in manufacturing

IoT service development for outdoor business efficiency

Sales forecast and sales improvement measures analysis for retail

Semi-automation of product category classification

Optimization of parameters for product image inspection in manufacturing

Ability to lead business and system requirements definition while conducting customer/user interviews

Over 2 years of development experience, particularly with involvement across both upstream and downstream processes

Over 1 year of experience in agile development

Practical development experience specializing in backend, frontend, or cloud infrastructure design and implementation

Japanese language skills (ability to communicate smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders, and provide guidance to junior engineers)
