Senior Backend Developer Wanted – Leadership Role in a Global Team

Collaborate with development teams and other departments to drive feature innovation, oversee operations, and resolve bugs. (JP/ENG)
Take the lead on the technical aspects of backend dashboard projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery.
Maintain the quality of the backend system.
Develop charger control systems, utilizing protocols such as OCPP and APIs.
Contribute to the growth of the organization by mentoring and training team members.

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development
More than 5 years of practical experience with AWS: Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
Proven track record in building APIs from the ground up
Deep understanding of serverless architecture and best practices
Expertise in software design and architecture
Led projects involving task management, scheduling, and collaboration with stakeholders
Strong communication skills in Japanese/English, both written and verbal
