Active directory Engineer

Work content:
Deliver consistent and replicable remote services for Pre-Cloud (On-Prem) MIPs, Phone Advisories, and Workshops on a large scale with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
Offer extra capacity and capabilities for Unified/Premier delivery, assisting with other Pre-Cloud remote services when local teams have limited capacity.
Help local field resources by enabling them to concentrate on complex tasks for important accounts.
Find opportunities for Clients to adopt cloud services and exceed usage targets.

Responsabilities:
Deeply understand and manage Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), including Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (ADLDS) and Active Directory Rights Management Services (ADRMS).
Apply design and architecture fundamentals for Windows/LDAP Active Directory management.
Work with domain controllers, domain joins, PO (PowerShell)/LDAP/AD authentication, user/group accounts, and permissions.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows Server, Domain Name System (DNS), and DHCP.
Administer and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Lead and execute AD migration projects to cloud directory services such as Azure.
Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching services.
Script automation using PowerShell/Ansible for Windows Active Directory management.
Implement and manage at least two cloud AD products, like AWS or Azure.
Implement security policies, including MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), conditional access, Azure RBAC Model, and Connection sync rules.
Work with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.

・3 years of experience with domain controllers,
・ Experience with PO, LDAP/AD authentication, and user management
・5 years of experience working with Directories (LDAP, Active Directory).
・Experience with AD migration projects and implementing security policies
・Experience with MFA, conditional access, Azure RBAC Model
・Expert knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD).
・Expert knowledge of Active Directory architecture and management.
・Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPOs), PKI, and Microsoft Certificate Services.
・Expert knowledge of Distributed File System and Microsoft KMS solution.
・Ability to create custom scripts using PowerShell.
・Familiarity with Gemalto HSM and Venafi Trust Authority PKI management solutions."
