Hiring Bilingual ITSM Consultant・Hybrid Work・Up to 9M JPY/annual

As a Bilingual ITSM Consultant, you will be responsible for the pre-sales and after-sales support of IT software. Starting with the proposal of ITSM systems, you are expected to handle product presentations, customer support, training implementation, and manage the team while coordinating with the headquarter.

- Experience in business process design and operation
- Experience in ITSM implementation and project management
- Holder of ITIL Foundation certification
- Business level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Business level proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 650 or higher)
- Experience as a team leader or manager
