Engineering Manager for top EC auction site (EM), Hybrid, Tokyo

We are looking for someone to help maximize business and organizational success by improving project and people management. You will design frameworks that align individual goals with team and department objectives using OKRs, and identify improvements in teams using Scrum@Scale. Additionally, you’ll define the direction for SRE, QA, and Security teams while enhancing recruitment efforts through activities like conferences, presentations, and content on platforms like Zenn.

・Experience leading a development team of 5 or more members
・Involvement in agile development processes for web or mobile applications
・Experience in designing and operating an engineer evaluation system
・Contribution to engineer recruitment activities
・Sharing technical expertise within the engineering community through blogs or conference presentations
