Job requirements
We are looking for a specialist who can manage drone operations and pilot duties in our logistics and drone show business. In order to provide innovative solutions, we are looking for someone who can use their expertise and experience to lead projects and carry out their work autonomously.

Plan operation plans for logistics drones and drone shows, and pursue and execute optimal flight routes and transportation efficiency.
Strictly adhere to work procedures and safety regulations for on-site operations to ensure safety-first operations.
Monitor drone operation status in real time and respond quickly to problems and obstacles that arise.
Resolve troubles and technical issues during operation to maintain smooth operations.
Manage drone charging, maintenance, and repair work, and perform regular inspections and maintenance work.
Collect and analyze drone flight data to contribute to improving operation efficiency.
*This position requires frequent business trips.

Qualifications

Required skills
Skills to operate a drone freely with full manual operation (especially experience in heavy load transportation and drone shows)
Drone pilot license
Regular driver's license
Preferred skills
Unmanned aerial vehicle pilot license (UAV pilot license)
Experience as a pilot or operations manager in logistics drones and drone shows
Experience operating drone autopilot systems
Knowledge and experience of geographic information systems (GIS)
