Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

What You Will Do
System implementation involving many internal stakeholders requires careful business and system design.
You will be responsible for tasks related to the implementation of complex system projects, utilizing your experience. The main role will be to support customers toward becoming self-sufficient, ultimately guiding them to a point where they can operate the system independently.

■ Job Responsibilities

Supporting the design of business workflows related to system implementation

Gathering customer requirements and coordinating with the development team

Analyzing customer issues and proposing solutions

Experience in the implementation or operation of business-related SaaS/IT products (for internal or external clients), where implementation support is essential, including products such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.

Experience in the implementation of workflow products (for internal or external clients).

High-touch customer success experience with SaaS products.

Japanese Language Skills (Ability to Handle Customer Negotiations)
