Automation Architect

We are hiring for an engineer to lead a team for a testing service project targeting the insurance industry.
Mainly, you will promote the project as a team leader of the testing area in the system maintenance project (functionality addition and modification project).

You will be responsible for developing test plans, compiling test design policies, test design, reviewing each deliverable, and managing test execution.
You will lead the team, including the offshore team, as test design and execution will be conducted in cooperation with the offshore team members.

We have introduced third-party testing as a unique service to our clients and provide a full range of services from start-up to delivery. As a testing expert, your role will be to ensure system quality and promote testing efficiency in testing operations in system development, aiming to improve the overall system development for our clients.

At least 5 years of prior experience in system development as an engineer
Prior experience in insurance system development and maintenance
Prior experience in offshore development
Prior experience in team management
