Our company develops and provides solutions that maximize direct sales bookings for accommodations such as hotels and inns in Japan. Since the release of our product in 2020, the number of contracted facilities has been steadily increasing, with many high-end hotels and inns adopting our system. Recently, in addition to the core accommodation booking system, we released a new service that allows bookings for various services such as meals and activities.
We are now looking to hire the first UX/UI Designer to help further grow the business. You will focus on improving usability and optimizing the overall user experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for apps or web services
Experience in designing and conducting user tests and usability tests
Practical experience with Photoshop/Illustrator
Practical experience with design tools such as Figma/Adobe XD
Experience in directing and performing quality checks internally and externally
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience in creating user experience maps such as customer journey maps

There is a probationary period of 3 months (no change in conditions).
Salary
5〜8M JPY / annually
The salary will be decided based on experience, abilities, and suitability.
Overtime pay for up to 30 hours per month is included (any excess overtime will be paid separately).
Holidays
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Annual holidays: 125 days
Leave system: New Year's holiday, summer vacation, paid leave, condolence leave, maternity/paternity leave, refresh leave, special leave, Golden Week holiday
Additional information:
Paid leave: 11 days granted after six months of employment, 15 days granted after one year and six months of employment
Refresh leave: You can take a continuous 8-day vacation

Paid leave is easy to take. Overtime is around 15 to 20 hours on average, making work-life management possible.
