- Development and management of development plans based on the product roadmap.
- Management of development projects.
- Evaluation and development of development team members.
- Architecture design and review.
- Supervision and response to production operation issues.
- Strengthening and recruitment of the development organization.
Qualifications
MUST Requirements:
- Extensive experience in software engineering for product development and operations.
- Proven track record of leading development teams in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration across departments and hierarchies.
- Proficiency in English (Business level) and Japanese (N3 or above). (English is the primary language for the engineering team, while Japanese is used within the business team.)
WANT Conditions:
- Experience in developing automated scenario tests based on user stories (Automated QA Testing).
- Experience leading engineering teams of approximately 5 to 10 members in application development.
- Experience in creating user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Experience using mobile attribution tools such as Amplitude, Adjust, Leanplum.
- Understanding of blockchain (ERC20).
