Lead Engineer Wanted | Drive Large-Scale Application Improvements and New Product Development

As a leader of the team, you will be responsible for leading backend development and improving large-scale applications!
The primary responsibilities include the following:

Framework and library version upgrades

CI/CD optimization

Modernization of frontend technologies

Technical support for the product team

Proposing technical strategies and introducing the latest technologies

Building internal infrastructure to create new products quickly

Practical experience in development using a programming language (Ruby preferred!)

Basic knowledge of Linux, RDBMS, and networking

Experience in infrastructure construction and operations using AWS or GCP

Experience in improving development team productivity

Experience in team development (around 50 people)

Experience in optimizing CI/CD processes

Japanese language skills (ability to communicate smoothly both internally and externally, and ability to mentor junior engineers)
