・Develop new features for the in-house product and manage/improve existing features.
・Build clean, high-performance APIs and components that support digital logistics.
・Reevaluate business opportunities during the migration from a legacy Ruby system to a service-oriented architecture using Go.
・Participate in the development and design thinking of upcoming features to contribute to the product's growth.
・Take ownership of meaningful parts of our service, make an impact, and grow with the company. It’s not just about writing code, but understanding the core problem to be solved.

・2+ years of experience in developing and operating web services
・Business-level English communication skills
・Ability to implement modern user interfaces with a JavaScript web framework (React, Vue, or others)
・Experience in developing and implementing APIs
・Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
・Conversationl-level Japanese is preferred
・Agile development experience
・Practical experience in cloud infrastructure
