・Product validation & quick release experience
・Full-cycle development experience
・Cloud experience (AWS / GCP)
・Japanese proficiency (N2+)

Plus Skills:
・Rust, Go, C/C++, React, TypeScript
・Platform or multi-service development
・Tech lead or management experience
・Research background
