ServiceNow Development Engineer & Project Manager

- ServiceNow development, design work, implementation support, and best practice recommendations
- Planning and overall progress management of ServiceNow implementations
- ServiceNow administration customization, workflow management, and reporting.
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements, defining application requirements
- Cost and schedule management for ServiceNow implementation

+Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of developer or pre-sales experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of ServiceNow offerings for ITSM
- Experience in ITOM, IT Business Management, etc. (SecOps, HRSM, CSM a plus)

+Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow projects in a large enterprise
- Certified trainer of ServiceNow modules
- Certified System Administrator, ITSM, ITOM, etc.
