【Primary Responsibilities】
・Provide field support, call center, and solar PPA services
・Propose related energy solutions for clients
【Role Overview】
Support municipalities and businesses in achieving carbon neutrality by implementing and managing
solar power systems, battery storage, and energy management solutions.
【Main Duties】
・Budget and service quality management for solar energy projects
・Monitoring and maintenance of battery storage systems (including alarm handling)
・Planning and coordination of field operations, including staff training and partner supervision
・Design and launch of new maintenance operations
・Project management related to the above activities

Qualifications

【 Must-Have Requirements】
・3+ years of experience in operation and maintenance services in the energy systems field
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Possession of a Class-2 Electrician License (Japan)
・Work experience related to solar power systems, power receiving/distribution equipment, or battery storage
 systems
【 Ideal Candidate】
・Interested in the energy industry or maintenance services
・Able to communicate and coordinate smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders
・Proactive in learning new technologies and gathering information, and able to take on new challenges using that
knowledge
【Education】
・Graduates of junior colleges, vocational schools, technical colleges, universities, or graduate schools
