job description
As a Sales Engineer, you will support technical sales activities by bridging customer needs with internal teams and delivering tailored hydraulic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide technical support during sales activities
-Understand customer needs and propose solutions
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents
-Conduct product presentations and demos
-Coordinate with engineering and production teams
-Participate in customer visits and industry events
-Support quality control, sales, and market research
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar
-2+ years of technical support or relevant experience
-Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems (e.g., reading drawings)
-Business level Japanese (N2 level)
-Daily Conversation level English
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
