【Position Overview】
・You will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects for public institutions such as schools, police stations, and fire departments.
・All projects are 100% public sector contracts, including both new construction and renovation work.
・Project duration ranges from a few months to about a year, and contract values may range from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen.
【Main Responsibilities】
・Managing on-site workers and assignments
・Budget control
・Attending coordination meetings with other companies
・Ensuring on-site safety
・Overseeing construction progress and quality
・Assisting with inspections upon project completion
【Onboarding & Training】
・You’ll start by supporting experienced staff with documentation and assisting in project planning.
・Gradually, you’ll take on more responsibilities while learning about field operations.
・Since electrical construction requires a wide range of knowledge, you’ll be encouraged to learn at your own pace in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
■ Requirements
Construction management experience (any field)
Holds one of the following licenses:
・Class 1 or 2 Electrician
・Class 1 or 2 Electrical Construction Management Engineer
・Class 3 Chief Electrical Engineer
■ Preferred
・Experience with projects over ¥100 million
・Electrical work at hospitals, fire stations, or police departments
・Construction experience at schools, gyms, or apartment buildings

・Regular hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
・No night shifts
・Average overtime: Less than 20 hours/month
・1st & 3rd Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5 working hours)
