Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment plans

Design initiatives to achieve recruitment goals

Utilize various recruitment methods to meet hiring objectives

Formulate and execute HR communication strategies

Design and implement recruitment operations

Over time, take on additional HR tasks beyond recruitment, such as culture building and onboarding.

This hiring is part of our effort to strengthen the recruitment team for further accelerating business growth.

Qualifications

Experience as a Mid-career Recruitment Manager/Leader (Tech Recruiting)

Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving exceptional results

Over 3 years of experience as a career advisor or recruiting advisor in the talent industry

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

Saturdays and Sundays off

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)

Summer Vacation: 3 days, can be taken freely between July and December
