You will be responsible for all business operations related to the growth of the recruitment solutions division, including the launch of new business units. This includes BizDev operations and recruitment consulting services for clients, among other duties aimed at business expansion. All business operations related to organizational management, from business strategy design to organization management, for the recruitment solutions business.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Business strategy design and organization management for the recruitment solutions business
Developing sales strategy design and implementation, re-designing proposals, and product design
Organizational management for a team of 5 to 10 members
Client work for key customers and profit-generating activities

Qualifications

More than 1 year of experience in HR for the IT industry or basic knowledge of the HR Tech field

Experience in engineering recruitment and development

Proficiency in both Japanese and English (business level)

Over 1 year of experience in tech recruiting
