Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, 2012 R2, and　2016.
Experience with technical support troubleshooting skills
Expertise in addressing Windows No Boot and Unexpected Shutdown issues.

Skilled in resolving issues and assisting in the installation of　Microsoft Security Updates and other Windows Updates.
technical assistance for Microsoft Failover Clustering Platform and cluster service issues solving skills
Proficient in resolving Virtualization issues in Microsoft Hyper-V Environment.
Knowledge in resolving Microsoft Failover Clustering issues on Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Windows Server Performance issues solving and Perfmon Logs analyzing experience
troubleshooting of Windows file system issues in customer environments and problem solving skills
