・Join as a core member in the design and development of web services
・Focus on building features that improve operational efficiency and business performance
・Development primarily on cloud platforms such as AWS and Heroku
・Work on both frontend (UI) and backend (data processing, batch jobs)
・100% in-house development, no client-site assignments
・Engage in proactive development based on understanding client goals, not just following specs
・Project teams range from a few to dozens, with budgets from millions to hundreds of millions of yen

Qualifications
【 Required Qualifications】
・3+ years of hands-on experience in web system development
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience with server-side languages such as Java or Python
・Experience in frontend development using HTML and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
・Familiarity with relevant web development frameworks
【Ideal Candidate】
