Web Engineer (Technical Team Member) – Backend Engineer

・Join as a core member in the design and development of web services
・Focus on building features that improve operational efficiency and 　　business performance

【 Required Qualifications】
・3+ years of hands-on experience in web system development
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience with server-side languages such as Java or Python
・Experience in frontend development using HTML and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
・Familiarity with relevant web development frameworks
【Ideal Candidate】
・Able to identify and understand client needs to propose and build valuable solutions
・Interested in working on prime projects (direct-to-client development)
