Main Responsibilities:
Brand design and concept creation for services and corporate projects
Graphic design for print media and sales promotions
Graphic design and illustration related to brand design
Design principals and the development of design systems
Character design related to products
Understanding and organizing requirements through communication with clients

About the Team:
Design team (collaboration with the development team is expected)
Team size: 4 members (a diverse team with backgrounds such as design engineering master’s degrees and experience in design companies)

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in design studios, production companies, etc.)
Experience in creative work related to marketing, branding, and PR for digital products
Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Experience with 3D modeling tools, animation, and effects production
Familiarity with web development workflows and tools
For non-Japanese candidates: Proficiency in Japanese (ability to communicate smoothly both internally and externally)
