You will provide customer support and handle shipping operations for Wi-Fi routers and SIM card services to foreigners living in Japan. As you gain more knowledge, you will also take on phone support responsibilities.
You will respond to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding product-related questions, such as changes in accommodation or address, compatibility of overseas devices with Japan's network, internet speed, and return procedures. On average, you will handle 60 emails and 10 chat inquiries per day. You will work closely with other team members, including part-time staff, to manage these tasks.
You will process customer orders, translating them into Japanese and preparing shipment details, including the expected delivery date and destination. You will also handle product packaging and shipping.
Our team includes several international employees, and many of our members have experience living abroad through study or working holidays.
Qualifications
[Must]
Advanced level of Japanese and intermediate level of English, or
Advanced level of English and JLPT N2 or higher in Japanese
[Preferred]
Experience in the hotel or airline industry, or customer support experience
Experience in the telecommunications industry
