Technical PM - Take on Challenging Projects Using Open Source Solutions

System requirements definition (for new projects and additional development of existing systems)
Architecture design (while the technical aspects are handled by the engineering team's architects, this includes driving discussions with external companies)
Decision-making regarding development specifications
QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management from a technical perspective
P.S Development tasks are not included in the responsibilities of the Technical PM role.

Experience in requirements definition, design, and communication/coordination with clients in web-based system development projects.
At least one year of experience as a project leader or project manager. (Ideally 3+ years)
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate smoothly both within and outside the team.
