Bilingual CTO for High-Growth Startup【Tokyo・Hybrid Work OK・Financial System・Overseas Business】

This is a CTO role to oversee the development of financial systems for our overseas business. This role involves creating specifications and design documents, quality control of programs, project management throughout the development process, building and managing the engineering team, and recruiting and training engineering talent.

An ideal candidate should have previous CTO experience, proficiency in Python and PHP, strong project and organizational management skills, business-level English, and a track record of turning ideas into reality, including in IT ventures or cryptocurrency exchange development.
