Senior Backend Engineer (Bilingual)

【Job Summary】
This position is responsible for building a system that can handle large-scale data exceeding 100 million records such as chat logs, as well as inflow and delivery loads of hundreds of thousands to millions of records.

【Back-end issues】
・Design scalable systems to accommodate increasing customer numbers and scale
・Create diverse usage scenarios for increasing data
・Build a global development team for expansion in Asia
・Improve delivery efficiency using AI and machine learning
・Maintain an environment that contributes to MRR (continuous revenue) improvement by leveraging technological advancements

・Stabilization of delivery infrastructure (development of infrastructure that enables reliable delivery to large-scale customers)
・Development of new functions (value enhancement in line with product roadmap)
・Product updates (stabilization and promotion of architecture renewal in line with expansion)
・Act as a core team member and possibly consult on other positions as needed. You will be a core member of the team and may be consulted for other positions as needed.

【Required Skills】
- 5+ years of experience in web application back-end development
- Software development lifecycle experience from specification to release
- Tech lead or leader experience in team development

High level of communication skills at a bilingual level (able to participate in both technical and business discussions and act as a bridge between non-Japanese and non-English speakers)
Background: High level of English and communication skills required to bridge globally distributed hybrid teams.
