As a Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for offshore development projects in Vietnam.
◆Responsibility
- Client interviews and negotiations
- Developing and managing offshore teams in Vietnam.
- Build up the offshore team
- Quality check and quality assurance
- Production estimate
◆Mission
This position is for a project manager who recommends offshore development for Japanese companies.
In Japan, there is an overwhelming shortage of IT engineers.
Therefore, this role is to connect excellent Vietnamese engineers with clients.
Qualifications
- Interest in AI, web and applications
- Experience in Java, Python or html (2-3 years)
- English proficiency (daily conversation to business level)
