Bridge System Engineer for Insurance Industry using open source

Develop and maintain business systems for leading financial and insurance firms, with an additional role as a bridge engineer.
・Emphasis on user-centric requirement definition, design, partial development support, and testing
・Directing offshore team members, including task instructions
・Reviewing deliverables and code (basic design, detailed design, source code, test results)
・Quality control and schedule management.
・Effective communication and negotiation with clients, prioritizing strong communication skills

【Mandatory Requirements】
・5+ years of system development experience in open-source technologies (Java, .Net, etc.).
・Experience in upstream processes (such as requirement definition).
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese languages.

【Preferred Requirements】
・Experience in the upstream design of life insurance/securities/investment systems.
・Experience in data processing, stored procedures, SQL Server, EAI server, PowerShell, and Tableau.
・Experience as a project leader or team leader.
・BSE experience in Chinese offshore development projects.
・Experience in using AWS services.
