【Individuals with no experience or less than one year of practical experience】
・From Joining to About 1 Month
 Customized foundational training based on individual preferences and aptitudes
 Examples: algorithms, programming (Java/SQL), networking (CCNA/Linux), business skills, etc.
 Full salary paid during the training period
・From 2 Months Onwards
 Start simple tasks like testing and maintenance under senior staff guidance through OJT
 Period to get accustomed to practical work in the IT industry
・6 to 12 Months After Joining
 Take on more advanced tasks such as development and infrastructure setup
 Skill development within the same team or transfer to more challenging projects possible
 Teams generally consist of 2 to 7 members
【Project Examples】
 Online service development (Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, AWS, etc.)
 E-commerce site development (JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, etc.)
 Big data and AI-related development (Python, AWS, Java, etc.)
 Public service system development and maintenance

Qualifications

・Experience learning IT through any method (school, self-study, university courses, etc.)
・Recommended learning period: 3 months or more
・Able to commute to one of the regional offices (assigned based on preference)
・Able to perform work in Japanese
・No restrictions on types or scale of apps/systems, industry experience, or technologies used
・Motivated to step up skills, roles, or positions
