Data Engineer

This position involves building a data infrastructure to collect, analyze, and make use of diverse data types such as audio, video, and text in order to maximize product value. You will contribute to a product that addresses the social issue of excessive workload on middle managers by providing AI- and machine learning–based solutions.

As the first dedicated data engineer, you will be involved from the early stages, including technology selection and architecture design. The role offers opportunities to work with unstructured data, lead development of 0→1 products, and take part in launching new initiatives. Backed by the stability of a growing core business, you will also contribute to new business development through continuous reinvestment.

・Experience in building and operating data marts or data warehouses using SQL
・Experience in driving data analysis to improve business or product performance
・Experience in developing web applications
・Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese

✅ Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Have Skills
・Understanding of coaching or experience working as a coach
・Experience in developing and operating machine learning systems
・Experience in building and implementing machine learning infrastructure
・Experience deploying and operating machine learning models in production environments
・Experience in developing and operating applications using LLMs (Large Language Models)
・Experience in team management or project leadership
・Experience with development using Scrum methodology
